Hi, my journey started in 1970 in London and 1996 at the age of 26 years I discovered I am A Systems Thinker a top down Thinker, so I found my way of coming home in this World through and in the Living Systems of Systems Thinking Field and Complexity Science so practicing this integrated way of sustainability in self guiding learning through Dialogue, my impuls and feedback to this learning process it is a global education future; being able to create a way of sustainability and Thrivable Future through an ecosystem design to learn the Self, the feedbackloops ..that is my project and my work as a trans -Coach. I am a Developer and nurturer, active Trainer/ Coach in Holististic Thrivable Systems experienced for 25 years now, so in 2012 a deep Transformative story continued this process deeply with a new learning frame and other systemic set that is life affirming, future creating so humanity is now faced with the challenges of generating value shifts that permits cultural evolution to parallel technological progress. What is our school telling us to do? What is our environment telling us? Systems Theory is not a study we can practice here in the Netherlands! We need more facilitators. I did the heavy lifting of this Social Change in my Relationships with Ervin Laszlo. Started to participate in 2000 in personal TransGenerational Relationship with Ervin and joined all his lectures and launched book presentations amd I started the Club of Budapest Netherlands with him in Rotterdam through the Speakers Academy. In 2011 started to participate with his Son Alexander Laszlo. In 2013 I received the Personal Mentoring from Kathia Laszlo. I am part of the first founders of the Global Leadership Lab.

This is the story of my personal life in a growth with others and how learning is about : “relationships” – Serving for humanity in this Trend for Social Innovation.
Creating a self learning process and ecological process at home is about practices and practitioners and embody this. An understanding of different realities and there is no system that is harmonized, we are learning ecological from the start.
Building a Resilient Network for the Long-Term

Cultivating an effective and sustainable impact network requires dedicated effort and a long time-horizon. Impact networks must remain adaptive to changing circumstances.

Participants change jobs, organizations shift priorities, external forces change, and problems evolve. Therefore, impact networks must constantly reaffirm their shared purpose, convene the right people, and cultivate trust.

, “You can’t expect to plant the seed of a network and walk away when it sprouts.”

Given the complexity and time-intensive nature of building a successful impact network, we have seen many instances where roles are divided between multiple people.

For instance, it often makes sense for a respected individual or organization to take an initial leadership role in clarifying purpose and convening the right people, given their existing web of relationships and ability to pull together an initial meeting.

The network can then bring in a more experienced network entrepreneur to facilitate convenings, cultivate trust, and serve the network’s emergent needs.

Just as there are teams of business and social entrepreneurs who launch a startup together, there can also be teams of network entrepreneurs who work together to catalyze and sustain networks. A team can be stronger and more resilient than any single person, if they too are connected through a shared purpose and trust for impact.

Growing the Movement of Network Entrepreneurs & students and managers and CEO,s through Syntony International, I am the founder and owner participating with the Laszlo Center in Bagni Di Luca and developed an Educational Program with Alexander Laszlo the Syntony Management Curriculum; Syntony Café and Syntony Conversations as research colloquia.

We have shared seven real-life examples of how impact networks have achieved dramatic and sustained change, and we suspect that there are countless other such networks working in this way across the globe. We are committed to supporting and building a movement of network entrepreneurs who help boards, funders, and leaders to think and work in networked ways on behalf of a better planet.

In our view, a positive future requires that we build regional and global networks of people aligned around shared values and shared purpose, who engage authentically and with deep trust, and who collaborate generously for maximum positive impact. We must build networks of diverse stakeholders that see the largest possible context, seek to address root causes instead of just symptoms, and plan for the long-term.

Trust for impact, above all else, is the critical ingredient needed for successful collaboration—no matter the type of structure or level of resource.

Systems Making our choices and changing the patterns inside of us is about the essence to learn to listen to the signs how to follow our heart centre. Choosing our own beliefs and worldvalues to make that creation possible in life actions. Relationships start with sharing and learning together, from trust, to look for possibilities to take actions as groups. World Wide. This is how we create the syntony waves. After 16 years of experiences through International Organizations and Non Profit Projects Syntony Quest moved on through Syntony International, we are ready and emerging through a new path of Leadership, stepping into society offering the Modules and Pilots. Arvin van Gils Psychologist in the Fields of Health in the Netherlands opening up the boundaries in the New Paradigm.

Designing Thrivable Systems

….since 5 o clock this morning………..writing…..at.first …in the Tribe of Kortgene, because it is almost a year ago we moved over here.in Zeeland. I followed my husband, he came here to build a company, a tribe to offer a new coating for boalts, to create conditions for new networking places and it became a new story: ” it is about syntonizations with the considerations, the choice to consciously participate in a co-creation of the future”

Sharing a little bit more of this story. ..why we are living our passion, our focus about this living what we like to do the most from our heart, how it gives us this leadership, to play a role in this process, it requires relational dynamics and an active systemic consciousness.

This environment at the water and the lot of space around us helped us to stay focussed on our body, our new patterns of thinking, behaviour, and taking actions at a world level, and being here connected with the locals.

Through kindness and being open, transparent and in trust. That is what we choose to follow and to share here in this environment with everyone, meeting a lot of tourists because they are coming here for the water to be here with their boats to just relax and enjoy. Kortgene is a little village in the Netherlands, all the locals know each other, so being kind and sharing harmony is for us the most important Action, it is Living in Syntony. ( Syntony Conversations ) syntonyconversations is created as platform at facebook if you wish to participate.

Our actions ,as locals, are build from trust, to generate relationships,our focus is the exploring of our roles as systems practitioners and scientists, as members of globalizing species at this time in history.

We received opportunities to foster that basic feeling of being connected, to explore what it means to be appreciative systems to manifest new levels of community and fundamentally to evolve the narrative of our role as authors of the conscious evolution of our species. How?
: through learning platforms, where we came together and started to explore and experience the new learning. My journey started trough the participating of the GBU the learning platform where I started to collaborate with a great innovative team world wide. They opened their doors for me to be part of this world networking place, and so many new places, learning platforms showed up.
After we experienced a world café workshop together in Vienna we started up a new group in June this year to explore in this Learning platform ~

To make this entrance possible for many more people who are activating our changes in this time, we started Syntony International, first as a serving platform, now transforming into a company. To offer the new materials, the presentations, a curriculum and new tools. As a strong team we are growing every month and cultivating it through learning platforms that situate life-long learners in a world that is relevant and meaningful to us and to them, now and into the future.

Research into New Paradigm Education addresses the need for attention to this resource, and cultivate it through learning platforms because in a world where any documented fact can reach the fingers and minds of anyone with access to the Internet, the memorization of facts ceases to be a differentiator between individuals.

The limited resource has become the creative combination, integration, and useful application of knowledge into networked production and customization. We are moving forwards with the new keywords from the Research Paper from the Systems Research and Behavioral Science from Alexander Laszlo. That paper presents the stage-setting remarks presented at the opening of the 57th annual meeting and conference of the ISSS, inviting members and conference participants to address the principal theme of this conference that took place in Vietnam: the research for systemic leverage points for emerging a global eco-civilization~

We explored the participatory, interactive and holistic nature of this process last year. Alexander Laszlo, the President of Syntony Leadership is taking us beyond Sustainable Development. Humanity is now faced with the challenges of generating value-shifts that permit cultural evolution ( in terms of orientations to nature, self, and others) to parallel technological progress. Capacities to create or destroy aspects of our socio-biosphere.

This year in February, we travelled to Vienna to be together with the RELLTribe (a Europe Evolutionary Learning Lab) and we created the new vehicle Syntony International now transformating into Syntony Leadership to offer the New Paradigm Leadership Center in the area of New Paradigm Education. Alexander Laszlo is the President of Syntony Leadership, he is now traveling through Europe, from Moscow to Innsbruck to be there in the Learning Labs.

As an action research team, we are coming together to curate the emergence of educational models, methods, curricula and delivery platforms that both reflect the emerging cosmo vision derived from cutting edge thinking in the sciences, while at the same time the needs of a global generation of learners faced with the challenges of our times.

We are currently underway, and this is so exciting.
